PRO fiber laser cutting machine is equipped with Han’s 801 CNC system By Han’s SMC, based on Windows 10 IOT platform. This is an EtherCAT fieldbus system with digital signal transfer, which has better anti electromagnetic interference than simulation(voltage) signal and pulse signal. μs grade scanning cycle makes it faster for NC process and better cutting quality for small contour. 19” touching screen is user friendly and easy-to learn. The system can be connected to WIFI to setup remote diagnosis and solve most of the problem to minimize machine down time.

Han’s Laser CAE is dedicated to the research and development of different head for laser application, including 2D cutting head (up to 20kw),3D 5Axis cutting head, welding head, etc. The cutting head is assembled in 100 class ultra-clean room to prevent pollution, we carry out gas, water, temperature testing for all heads.
