The S shape holder is the best choice for typical edge and the corner spot position.

Adjustable Throat Depth

For greater flexibility, the copper arm length is designed to be extensible, O-200mm.

Adjustable Throat Width

For greater flexibility, the arm gap is designed to be increasable, O- 200mm.

Lower arm can be moved lower.

Lever Arm

Big lever arm for big opening angle.

Lever Arm Angle Regulator (Screw Nut)

By adjusting the upper screw nut to enlarge the electrodes gap and arm gap for bigger workpiece. The spring length is in between 90-120mm and the max. arm gap is 770mm.

Pressure Adjustment

There are two pressure adjustment in this welder. Please adjust two pressure regulator valves in balancing (see table).

Two types of controllers:

ㆍSimple type: push-button panel with one program.

ㆍ Micro type: touch panel, 7 programs, two-stage welding process and current compensation.

Dual Stroke Cylinder

This welder has two cylinder strokes.
