Closed tube to tube welding head

TC series welding head is closed structure, it is special designed for thin stainless steel (T=1~2 mm) and titanium, zirconium etc. metal tube to tube connection.The welding head is special designed for fully automatic TIG (without wire) various diameters tube to tube welding. It is filled protective gas inside the tube before welding which ensures better welding seam quality. Torch and clamps are use water cooling, which ensures longtime and continuous work. The clamps are customized according to customers’ requirements.

In order to get precise positioning, no spot welding required, and higher efficiency.
